मायाधीन मलीन मन, है अनादि कालीन ।

1मायाधीन मलीन मन, है अनादि कालीन ।

2हरि विरहानल धोय जल, करु निर्मल बनि दीन ॥७९॥

3भावार्थ - यह मन अनादि काल से माया के आधीन है। अत: अत्यंत मलिन

4हो गया है। अतः श्याम प्रेम के अश्रुजल से धोकर इसे निर्मल बना दो।

5Mȧyȧḍheen maleen man, hai anȧḍi kȧleen.

6Hari virhȧnal ḍhoya jal, karu nirmal bani ḍeen. [79]

7The mind has been under the influence of maya since eternity,

8that is why it is impure. Now humbly shed the tears of selfless

9love in the separation from Krishn and in this way wash the dirt

10of the mind and make it pure.
