1मेरा काम रोकने का था रोका बामा।
2नहीं मानो रोते बीतेगा आठु यामा॥
3merā kāma rokane kā thā rokā bāmā
4nahīṁ māno rote bītegā āṭhu yāmā
5The Sakhi tells the Gopi, “My job was to warn you and
6prevent you from falling in love with Him. If you want
7you can follow my advice, otherwise be ready to shed
8tears day and night.”
