1बीच धार छोड़ दई नाव सुखधामा।
2नाव बही पतवार थामो कह बामा॥
3bīcha dhāra chhod̤a daī nāva sukhadhāmā
4nāva bahī patavāra thāmo kaha bāmā
5In mid-stream, Shyamsundar abandons the oars and
6the boat starts to drift in the current. The Sakhis
7tell Shyamsundar, “Take hold of the oars and steer the
8boat properly.”
