1हौं ही झुलावूँ कह दोउ श्याम श्यामा।
2लरो मत दोऊ झूलो झूलवति बामा॥
3hauṁ hī jhulāvūṁ kaha dou śhyāma śhyāmā
4laro mata doū jhūlo jhūlavati bāmā
5Both Shyamsundar and Shyama are stubbornly insisting,
6“I will swing Him.” “No, I will swing Her.” The Sakhis
7put an end to this loving dispute by saying, “Both of
8You sit on the swing, and we will swing You together.”
