1चुभें ना उरोज पग श्याम रस धामा।
2धीरे ते लगावें उर धन्य ब्रज बामा॥
3chubheṁ nā uroja paga śhyāma rasa dhāmā
4dhīre te lagāveṁ ura dhanya braja bāmā
5Blessed are the Gopis! They place Shyamsundar's feet
6on their hearts with immense gentleness, fearing that
7their hard breasts might in some way hurt His soft feet.
8Such is the height of their selflessness!
