1हम, तुम, माया तीनों रहें उर धामा।
2माया मोहिं लगे तोहिं नाहिं लगे श्यामा॥
3hama, tuma, māyā tīnoṁ raheṁ ura dhāmā
4māyā mohiṁ lage tohiṁ nāhiṁ lage śhyāmā
5O Shyama! I (the individual soul), You and maya, all
6reside in the same heart. Then why does maya
7overpower me and not You?
