1रहा नाहिं जाये जब मिले बिनु श्यामा।
2तब जानो प्रेमबीज, जामा उरधामा॥
3rahā nāhiṁ jāye jaba mile binu śhyāmā
4taba jāno premabīja, jāmā uradhāmā
5When there is such intense yearning that life seems to
6be a burden without Shri Shyama, it is only then that
7the seed of divine love begins to grow within you.
