1साधना किये न मिलें श्याम पूर्णकामा।
2पिया जिसे चाहे सोइ सुहागिनि बामा॥
3sādhanā kiye na mileṁ śhyāma pūrṇakāmā
4piyā jise chāhe soi suhāgini bāmā
5Shyamsundar who is completely self-satisfied,
6is unattainable by any spiritual practice. It is only
7through His grace, that one can attain Him as
8one’s Beloved. Only the one who He accepts as His
9own is to be considered suhagini or truly married
10to Him - His eternal bride.
