1शरणागत हाथ बिके श्याम अरु श्यामा।
2औरों की लिखा पढ़ी करें उर धामा॥
3śharaṇāgata hātha bike śhyāma aru śhyāmā
4auroṁ kī likhā pad̤hī kareṁ ura dhāmā
5God is causelessly merciful, for the souls who have
6completely surrendered to Him. He is bound by their
7love; but for others, He acts as a judge and dispenses
8the consequences of their actions.
