Kishorī jū kī adbhuta chhavi balihāra.

champaka varani gaura tanu adbhuta, rūpa mādhurī sāra.

aṅga aṅga sundaratā adbhuta, aganita rati dauṁ vāra.

unakī chitavani musukani adbhuta, gavani haṁsa rijhavāra.

unakī gati mati rati ati adbhuta, mohati nandakumāra.

saba ‘Kṛipālu’ adbhuta ati adbhuta, adbhuta mānī hāra.

One sakhi describes to another the amazing beauty of Rādhā Rānī. She

has a soft complexion that can be compared to a champa flower. Her

body is the very essence of sweetness and beauty. Every feature is so

astoundingly beautiful that countless Ratis together appear pale before

Her. Her lovely smile and blissful glance is especially charming.

Wonderful is Her gait, which defies even that of a young swan. Her

most wonderful love, charm, and appealing ways all cast a spell on

Nandakumāra. Everything about Her is so uniquely astonishing that

astonishment itself accepts defeat before Her.
