हरि सुत कहँ हरिदासी, जड़ माया दुख देत ।

1हरि सुत कहँ हरिदासी, जड़ माया दुख देत ।

2बड़ अचरज पितु लखत नित, तबहुँ न सुत सुधि लेत ॥८६॥

3भावार्थ - मायाशक्ति, शक्तिमान भगवान श्रीकृष्ण की दासी है। जीव, श्रीकृष्ण

4का पुत्र है। माया दासी जीव पुत्र को अनादिकाल से दुःख दे रही है। यह दृश्य

5पिता सदा देखता रहता है। फिर भी पुत्र पर कृपा नहीं करता।

6Hari suṭ kahṇ Hariḍȧsi, jaḋ mȧyȧ ḍukh ḍeṭ.

7Baḋ achraj Piṭu lakhaṭ niṭ, ṭabahuṇ na suṭ suḍhi leṭ.[86]

8Souls are sons of Krishn and maya is an eternal servant of all-

9powerful Krishn. This lifeless subordinate power maya is

10inflicting sufferings upon the souls since eternity. It is amazing

11that the Divine Father is constantly watching the sufferings of

12the souls, yet He is not doing anything.*

13* Soul is involved in enjoying the pleasures of the world and is not looking to

14Krishn, but Krishn is constantly and affectionately looking to the soul, hoping

15that the soul may sometime look to Him and then He would Grace Him with

16Divine love.
