Published English meaning — contributor not separately identified in this edition

In Dvarika, Shri Krishna’s majesty predominates while
in Vrindavan, His majesty is overpowered by love;
here His most loving form has been manifested.
Therefore in Dvarika, Ranchhor Krishna is considered
as the complete manifestation of Brahman, according to
the scriptures. However, in Vrindavan He is described
as the Most Complete.
