Published English meaning — H.D. Swami Prakashanand Saraswati

The anxiety of separation worries a Bhakt even while he is
enjoying the presence of Krishn, and when Krishn is away from
him he is naturally experiencing the pain of His separation. Thus,
in both the situations, meeting and separation (milan and virah),
a Bhakt (rasik Saint) experiences the Divinely sweet and loving
pain of Divine love. (The greatness of such a love could be
understood with this fact that even Maha Lakchmi desires to
receive that love and God Shiv is always drowned in the ecstasy
of that love.)
