Pai niras aishvarya ras, Braj rasikan na suhȧya. [69]

Published English meaning — H.D. Swami Prakashanand Saraswati

There are two kinds of Bliss of bhakti. One is the Almighty
Bliss (that relates to the Almighty forms of God like Maha Vishnu,
God Shiv, etc.)* and the other is pure Divine love Bliss. The
Almighty Bliss has no sweet loving leelas. Thus the rasik Saints
of Braj do not appreciate it.

* All the forms of God are eternal and have their own Divine abode and
are all absolutely Blissful. However in Vaikunth, which is the abode of
the Almighty forms of God (Vishnu, Shiv, Durga etc.) the intimate
sweetness of loving relationship and the amazing charm of the loving
leelas is not revealed. It is fully revealed in the leelas of Braj, Golok and
Divine Vrindaban.
