Published English meaning — H.D. Swami Prakashanand Saraswati

The absolute Blissful brahm has two forms: the Bliss (of Divine
love) Himself, and the enjoyer of His own Bliss. One is like the
honeybee by which He Himself enjoys, and the other is like the
honey with which He makes other souls to enjoy the same Bliss.
(It means that a God realized Saint enjoys the same amount of
Divine Bliss which his beloved God enjoys.)
