## English whole-pad meaning

Blessed is divine Vṛindāvana, the life of rasikas, whose importance cannot be described in words. The bliss of Vṛindāvana is higher than the bliss of the Impersonal God and also that of the Personal God, Mahāvishṇu, in Baikuṇṭha. On this unique bliss of Vṛindāvana, crores of Brahmānandas combined can be sacrificed. There, the Divine Couple always enacts ever-new pastimes of divine love. Seeing this infinitely sweet bliss of Vṛindāvana, the Lord of Baikuṇṭha, Mahāvishṇu, felt ashamed of his own bliss in Baikuṇṭha, and thus, in order to hide his embarrassment, went to sleep in the milky-ocean. In this Vṛindāvana, even the eternally self-realized souls like Sanaka etc. live in the form of parrot, peacock, chakavā and its female (chakavī). They forget their nirvikalpa trance, thinking it to be an obstacle in the experience of divine love-bliss, and constantly enjoy the ever-new nectar of the divine love of Vṛindāvana in its groves and bowers. Vṛindāvana is the capital of all rasikas, where the supreme commanding authority is Shrī Rādhā; where all the five kinds of salvation (i.e. Sārshṭī, Sāmīpya, Sālokya, Sārūpya and Sāyujya) in their personified form, do the service of filling water in Shrī Rādhā’s palace as Her maid-servants; where even Mahālakshmī, the eternal consort of Mahāvishṇu, cannot gain entrance, and longingly wrings her hands standing at the outskirts of Vṛindāvana. In Vṛindāvana, those siddhas and sanyāsīs who have reached beyond māyā, reside in the form of trees and creepers for the fulfilment of just one wish and that is, to become purified by the foot-dust of the friends of Shrī Rādhā, i.e. the gopīs. The divine Vṛindāvana, where the rare seasons of autumn and spring permanently reside; where ever-new fragrant flowers constantly bloom on which swarms of black bees keep on humming sweetly, is not destroyed even at the time of dissolution. The divinity of Vṛindāvana puts even Brahmā’s wisdom in confusion. In other words, the divine secrets of Vṛindāvana are beyond the intelligence of even Brahmā. The earth of Vṛindāvana is studded with divine gems all over and is infinitely beautiful. The sight of its bowers enticingly captivates the heart. Its beauty defies even the beauty of Nandanavana of Indra in heaven. Furthermore, in Vṛindāvana, all the trees namely tāla, tamāla, rasāla, sāla, etc. constantly chant the name of Shrī Rādhā. The nectar of the divine love of which even a drop could not be attained by the Vedas is being poured forth lavishly by Shrī Rādhā and Kṛishṇa along with the gopīs, everywhere in the alleys of Vṛindāvana. The greatness of this nectar can be realized only by that fortunate soul who is blessed with the grace of a rasika saint. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says, “My heart is lured to that Vṛindāvana where māyā and death cannot even enter.”

## Published-book provenance

This site presents transcriptions and scans of published devotional literature. It does not compose new verses or meanings. OCR errors may remain.

Decorative Madhuri and Bhakti Challenge illustrations were generated with Codex. They are separate from published source text, original scans and publisher artwork. Library covers are individually credited supplied-PDF cover/source-page images or publisher-representative artwork; the pictured cover does not establish edition equivalence. [Library cover provenance](https://radhey.shreyam1008.com.np/content/books/index.json).

Prem Ras Madira is a published work by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, with a print history preceding this website. The supplied companion Gutka identifies Radha Govind Samiti as publisher and its eighth edition as 15 July 2011 (PDF page 3, printed page II).

The official biography says Prem Ras Madira was published by 1955; a JKP article gives 1960 for its first Hindi publication. These sources disagree, so this collection does not assert a single verified first-publication year. The 2011 date identifies the supplied companion Gutka edition, not the first publication or every scanned edition.
