## English whole-pad meaning

A virahinī says, “Oh sakhi! I have been absolutely unable to experience any peace even for a moment ever since the instant I heard beloved Shyāmasundara’s bewitching voice. The sound of the word ‘beloved’ in which He addressed me repeatedly was the destroyer of all sorrows and giver of supreme happiness. My ears are craving unceasingly to hear that heart-robbing sound again. I have exhausted all means to bring these ears round but they don’t understand anyhow.” Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says, “When even the voice of Shyāmasundara is full of such magic that you have become mad after it, what will be your condition when you see His infinitely lovely form with your eyes?”

## Published-book provenance

This site presents transcriptions and scans of published devotional literature. It does not compose new verses or meanings. OCR errors may remain.

Decorative Madhuri and Bhakti Challenge illustrations were generated with Codex. They are separate from published source text, original scans and publisher artwork. Library covers are individually credited supplied-PDF cover/source-page images or publisher-representative artwork; the pictured cover does not establish edition equivalence. [Library cover provenance](https://radhey.shreyam1008.com.np/content/books/index.json).

Prem Ras Madira is a published work by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, with a print history preceding this website. The supplied companion Gutka identifies Radha Govind Samiti as publisher and its eighth edition as 15 July 2011 (PDF page 3, printed page II).

The official biography says Prem Ras Madira was published by 1955; a JKP article gives 1960 for its first Hindi publication. These sources disagree, so this collection does not assert a single verified first-publication year. The 2011 date identifies the supplied companion Gutka edition, not the first publication or every scanned edition.
