## English whole-pad meaning

A virahiṇī says, “Oh sakhi! These eyes, which are inebriated with the bliss of divine love, are impossible to be brought round by persuasion. Since the time they had a slight glimpse of Shyāmasundara’s supremely lovely form, they have been inebriated with love and are sacrificing themselves repeatedly on that same heart-stealing sight. Due to the intoxication of love, the eyelids get half-closed over and over and the eyes always shed tears of bliss resulting from Shyāmasundara’s sweet union. Seeing these tipsy eyes, the friends ask me, “What have you found?” Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says, “A beggar since the beginning-less time, she has found pārasa, but in exchange for that, she also had to pay the price of the total surrender of her body, mind and soul.”

## Published-book provenance

This site presents transcriptions and scans of published devotional literature. It does not compose new verses or meanings. OCR errors may remain.

Decorative Madhuri and Bhakti Challenge illustrations were generated with Codex. They are separate from published source text, original scans and publisher artwork. Library covers are individually credited supplied-PDF cover/source-page images or publisher-representative artwork; the pictured cover does not establish edition equivalence. [Library cover provenance](https://radhey.shreyam1008.com.np/content/books/index.json).

Prem Ras Madira is a published work by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, with a print history preceding this website. The supplied companion Gutka identifies Radha Govind Samiti as publisher and its eighth edition as 15 July 2011 (PDF page 3, printed page II).

The official biography says Prem Ras Madira was published by 1955; a JKP article gives 1960 for its first Hindi publication. These sources disagree, so this collection does not assert a single verified first-publication year. The 2011 date identifies the supplied companion Gutka edition, not the first publication or every scanned edition.
