## English whole-pad meaning

Seeing Shrī Vṛishabhānunandinī, who is inebriated with the love of Her beloved Shyāmasundara, one of Her most intimate friends asks Her, “Oh Kishorī Jī! What ails You? I do not know what You keep on thinking, resting Your chin on Your hand, as if You are drunk with the love of Your Beloved. Your alluring eyes are intoxicated and drowsy as if You passed the night awake. One moment, You roam in and out of the courtyard like a lunatic, and the next moment, You come back and sit in a totally indifferent mood. All the eight symptoms of divine ecstasy appear frequently in Your body as if the river of love is thundering towards her beloved ocean.” Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says, “Oh Kishorī Jī! Why are You concealing the secret of Your love from me? I am Your intimate friend.”

## Published-book provenance

This site presents transcriptions and scans of published devotional literature. It does not compose new verses or meanings. OCR errors may remain.

Decorative Madhuri and Bhakti Challenge illustrations were generated with Codex. They are separate from published source text, original scans and publisher artwork. Library covers are individually credited supplied-PDF cover/source-page images or publisher-representative artwork; the pictured cover does not establish edition equivalence. [Library cover provenance](https://radhey.shreyam1008.com.np/content/books/index.json).

Prem Ras Madira is a published work by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, with a print history preceding this website. The supplied companion Gutka identifies Radha Govind Samiti as publisher and its eighth edition as 15 July 2011 (PDF page 3, printed page II).

The official biography says Prem Ras Madira was published by 1955; a JKP article gives 1960 for its first Hindi publication. These sources disagree, so this collection does not assert a single verified first-publication year. The 2011 date identifies the supplied companion Gutka edition, not the first publication or every scanned edition.
