## English whole-pad meaning

Sending their message to Shyāmasundara through Uddhava, the maidens of Braja state ironically, “Oh Uddhava! When you go to Shyāmasundara, tell Him on our behalf that so long as He was here, He was just the King of Braja, but after going to Mathurā, He has become the King of a big empire, Mathurā. Also tell Him that in Braja, He was the leader of sensual persons, but after reaching Mathurā, He has become the leader of ascetics. Tell Him this as well that in Braja, He was the Lord of Shrī Rādhikā, while, in Mathurā, He has become the Lord of Mrs. Kubjā. Then, tell Him that in Braja, He was the master of only cowherd boys whereas in Mathurā, He has become the master of kings also.” In the words of Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī, the maidens of Braja state further, “Up to what extent can we say, so long as He was in Braja, He was totally illiterate but now, after going to Mathurā, He has become a great scholar, otherwise, how would He preach to us this knowledge of the Impersonal Brahma through you?”

## Published-book provenance

This site presents transcriptions and scans of published devotional literature. It does not compose new verses or meanings. OCR errors may remain.

Decorative Madhuri and Bhakti Challenge illustrations were generated with Codex. They are separate from published source text, original scans and publisher artwork. Library covers are individually credited supplied-PDF cover/source-page images or publisher-representative artwork; the pictured cover does not establish edition equivalence. [Library cover provenance](https://radhey.shreyam1008.com.np/content/books/index.json).

Prem Ras Madira is a published work by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, with a print history preceding this website. The supplied companion Gutka identifies Radha Govind Samiti as publisher and its eighth edition as 15 July 2011 (PDF page 3, printed page II).

The official biography says Prem Ras Madira was published by 1955; a JKP article gives 1960 for its first Hindi publication. These sources disagree, so this collection does not assert a single verified first-publication year. The 2011 date identifies the supplied companion Gutka edition, not the first publication or every scanned edition.
