## English whole-pad meaning

Oh sakhi! Shyāmasundara has also come, along with the month of Phāguna. Oh Kishorī Jī! Let’s go with sakhīs, Shyāmasundara has called You in the Mādhavī grove. Kishorī Jī said, “Oh sakhi! I have understood. Shyāmasundara actually wants to play Holī in the groves. He is deceptively calling all of us. Therefore, none of you go empty-handed. All the sakhīs should hide pichakārīs in their blouses and fill gulāla in golden bowls, covering it with the decoration of flowers. Some sakhīs should hide themselves behind the creepers with pitchers filled with water of various colours. And going there, all of you simultaneously throw colours by pichakārīs and also fling gulāla together. Then, surrounding Him from all sides, someone should catch hold of His hand, someone of His feet and someone of His waist. Binding Him in this way, bring Him to Me.” Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī suggests, “After taking Him to Kishorī Jī, adorn Him as a bride and show Him from house to house. Buy some eatables from whatever you get in muṁhadikhāī, and distribute among all as prasāda (holy food).”

## Published-book provenance

This site presents transcriptions and scans of published devotional literature. It does not compose new verses or meanings. OCR errors may remain.

Decorative Madhuri and Bhakti Challenge illustrations were generated with Codex. They are separate from published source text, original scans and publisher artwork. Library covers are individually credited supplied-PDF cover/source-page images or publisher-representative artwork; the pictured cover does not establish edition equivalence. [Library cover provenance](https://radhey.shreyam1008.com.np/content/books/index.json).

Prem Ras Madira is a published work by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, with a print history preceding this website. The supplied companion Gutka identifies Radha Govind Samiti as publisher and its eighth edition as 15 July 2011 (PDF page 3, printed page II).

The official biography says Prem Ras Madira was published by 1955; a JKP article gives 1960 for its first Hindi publication. These sources disagree, so this collection does not assert a single verified first-publication year. The 2011 date identifies the supplied companion Gutka edition, not the first publication or every scanned edition.
