## English whole-pad meaning

(Shyāmasundara talks to Kishorī Jī very intimately after the termination of Her māna.) Oh Kishorī Jī! He alone knows the grief of separation, who experiences it himself. How can someone else know it? You get offended with Me in the pride of māna, but I writhe in pain without You in exactly the same way as a snake suffers when the gem on its hood is twitched away from it. When the agony of separation attacks Me and I get defeated by it, then, taking refuge in You, I call You out in each and every kuñja. Oh Kishorī Jī! Even at present, the remembrance of Your māna in past, makes Me experience the pain of death. In the words of Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī, Shyāmasundara adds, “Oh Kishorī Jī! For You, it is only a matter of fun whereas for Me, it is like death-experience. Why have You learnt this bad habit of doing māna? The inference is that never do māna again.”

## Published-book provenance

This site presents transcriptions and scans of published devotional literature. It does not compose new verses or meanings. OCR errors may remain.

Decorative Madhuri and Bhakti Challenge illustrations were generated with Codex. They are separate from published source text, original scans and publisher artwork. Library covers are individually credited supplied-PDF cover/source-page images or publisher-representative artwork; the pictured cover does not establish edition equivalence. [Library cover provenance](https://radhey.shreyam1008.com.np/content/books/index.json).

Prem Ras Madira is a published work by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, with a print history preceding this website. The supplied companion Gutka identifies Radha Govind Samiti as publisher and its eighth edition as 15 July 2011 (PDF page 3, printed page II).

The official biography says Prem Ras Madira was published by 1955; a JKP article gives 1960 for its first Hindi publication. These sources disagree, so this collection does not assert a single verified first-publication year. The 2011 date identifies the supplied companion Gutka edition, not the first publication or every scanned edition.
