## English whole-pad meaning

(A gopī’s first encounter with Shyāmasundara and her description of it to another gopī.) Oh sakhi! I became someone’s today! He became mine and I became His. I no longer have any concern with the world. Today, I was blessed with that pure love which I had been begging for at the door of innumerable beings in the course of innumerable past lives. A beggar since the beginning-less time, I was crowned as a queen today. From now on, I will do only that which pleases my Beloved and increases our love every moment. ‘I became someone’s, I became someone’s!’ saying thus repeatedly to her friend, the gopī began to dance like a mad woman, abandoning all sense of propriety. Seeing the gopī in this transcendental state, Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī said, “You cannot hide the truth from me. I know whom you belong to. He is certainly Shrī Kṛishṇa Chandra, the essence of bliss!”

## Published-book provenance

This site presents transcriptions and scans of published devotional literature. It does not compose new verses or meanings. OCR errors may remain.

Decorative Madhuri and Bhakti Challenge illustrations were generated with Codex. They are separate from published source text, original scans and publisher artwork. Library covers are individually credited supplied-PDF cover/source-page images or publisher-representative artwork; the pictured cover does not establish edition equivalence. [Library cover provenance](https://radhey.shreyam1008.com.np/content/books/index.json).

Prem Ras Madira is a published work by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, with a print history preceding this website. The supplied companion Gutka identifies Radha Govind Samiti as publisher and its eighth edition as 15 July 2011 (PDF page 3, printed page II).

The official biography says Prem Ras Madira was published by 1955; a JKP article gives 1960 for its first Hindi publication. These sources disagree, so this collection does not assert a single verified first-publication year. The 2011 date identifies the supplied companion Gutka edition, not the first publication or every scanned edition.
