## English whole-pad meaning

Today, Vanamālī i.e. Shyāmasundara has disguised Himself as a flower-selling maiden. Bedecked with all sixteen (traditional) adornments of a lady, He, with the flower-basket on His head, reached at the palace-gate of King Vṛishabhānu, where Kishorī Jī was sitting gracefully with Her friends. Calling out, He said, “This flower-selling maid has come from Nandagāṁva. If any maiden of Braja wears around her neck a garland prepared by Me, she will have Shyāmasundara in her control. Whoever wants can experience this unbelievable truth this very day.” Kishorī Jī said to Lalitā sakhī, “Listen, Oh sakhi Lalitā! Go and bring this flower-selling maiden here.” And that was it! The flower-selling maid, successful in Her trick, reached inside Kishorī Jī’s palace escorted by Lalitā. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī comments, “Shyāmasundara is a great trickster and Kishorī Jī, extremely innocent, that is why She always gets deceived by Him.”

## Published-book provenance

This site presents transcriptions and scans of published devotional literature. It does not compose new verses or meanings. OCR errors may remain.

Decorative Madhuri and Bhakti Challenge illustrations were generated with Codex. They are separate from published source text, original scans and publisher artwork. Library covers are individually credited supplied-PDF cover/source-page images or publisher-representative artwork; the pictured cover does not establish edition equivalence. [Library cover provenance](https://radhey.shreyam1008.com.np/content/books/index.json).

Prem Ras Madira is a published work by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, with a print history preceding this website. The supplied companion Gutka identifies Radha Govind Samiti as publisher and its eighth edition as 15 July 2011 (PDF page 3, printed page II).

The official biography says Prem Ras Madira was published by 1955; a JKP article gives 1960 for its first Hindi publication. These sources disagree, so this collection does not assert a single verified first-publication year. The 2011 date identifies the supplied companion Gutka edition, not the first publication or every scanned edition.
