## English whole-pad meaning

Seeing the radiant beauty of Shrī Kishorī Jī’s eyes, the wisdom of poets was baffled. Instead of saying that the lotus flower is like Her eyes, they started saying that Her eyes are like the lotus flower. Kishorī Jī’s eyes are veritable lotuses; besides, they are divine. Therefore, isn’t it absurd to compare them with a lotus? Only half-open like the petals of a lotus, Kishorī Jī’s eyes are full of nectarean bliss, and the whiteness and redness in them is actually the reflection of the brightness of the lower part of Her eyelids. The eyeballs, beautiful like indranīlamaṇī are the black bees. Therefore, the lotuses of Kishorī Jī’s eyes are more beautiful than lotuses themselves; moreover, they can also see unlike the lotus-flowers. Kishorī Jī’s eyes have been made with the nectar extracted from the essence of the nectar-filled eyes of a deer, the eyes of a khañjana and the lotus-flowers, drawn by the instrument of the eyelids. All these three, i.e. the deer, the khañjana and the lotus flower derive their nectar from the moon – the deer because of living in the moon, the khañjana bird because of drinking the nectarean rays of the moon, and the lotus flowers because of their lunar ancestry. Because of being extremely mischievous, Kishorī Jī’s eyes are big and stretched up to the ears, but it is surprising that they have not yet touched the back of the head. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says, “Perhaps they are afraid of falling into the well of the ear.”

## Published-book provenance

This site presents transcriptions and scans of published devotional literature. It does not compose new verses or meanings. OCR errors may remain.

Decorative Madhuri and Bhakti Challenge illustrations were generated with Codex. They are separate from published source text, original scans and publisher artwork. Library covers are individually credited supplied-PDF cover/source-page images or publisher-representative artwork; the pictured cover does not establish edition equivalence. [Library cover provenance](https://radhey.shreyam1008.com.np/content/books/index.json).

Prem Ras Madira is a published work by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, with a print history preceding this website. The supplied companion Gutka identifies Radha Govind Samiti as publisher and its eighth edition as 15 July 2011 (PDF page 3, printed page II).

The official biography says Prem Ras Madira was published by 1955; a JKP article gives 1960 for its first Hindi publication. These sources disagree, so this collection does not assert a single verified first-publication year. The 2011 date identifies the supplied companion Gutka edition, not the first publication or every scanned edition.
