## English whole-pad meaning

Nandakumāra is the crest-jewel of the rasikas and is the Supreme expert in the art of love. His blue body is smeared with sandalwood paste and He is the essence of the bliss of the nectar of beauty. A golden crown studded with gems is embellished on His head, and the beauty of that crown is further enhanced by a swaying peacock feather tugged in it. The locks of His hair are extremely lavish, black and curly. The fish-shaped earrings studded with gems are swinging on His cheeks. His beautiful eyebrows are crescent-shaped which are putting even the bow of Kāmadeva to shame. His sidelong glances are filled with nectar, poison and wine. And His sweet smile forcibly captivates the heart. His cheeks are round, and the beautiful besara with muktāhala is beautified in His nose. The sparkling pītāmbara swaying on His body is looking like the lightning in the dark cloud. Guñjamāla, vanamāla and many necklaces made of various gems are adorned on His chest. He is wearing kaṅkaṇas (thick bangles) in both hands and a kiṅkiṇī and a red coloured kāchhanī encircling His waist are looking extremely attractive. The beauty of the gems of His toenails is putting even the moon to shame and His anklets are sweetly tinkling. His mischievous sidelong glances are enticing all the maidens of Braja. Crores of Kāmadevas can be sacrificed on the enchanting beauty of every pore of His body. Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says, “In addition to all this, the sweet melodious music of His flute wounds the heart even more.”

## Published-book provenance

This site presents transcriptions and scans of published devotional literature. It does not compose new verses or meanings. OCR errors may remain.

Decorative Madhuri and Bhakti Challenge illustrations were generated with Codex. They are separate from published source text, original scans and publisher artwork. Library covers are individually credited supplied-PDF cover/source-page images or publisher-representative artwork; the pictured cover does not establish edition equivalence. [Library cover provenance](https://radhey.shreyam1008.com.np/content/books/index.json).

Prem Ras Madira is a published work by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, with a print history preceding this website. The supplied companion Gutka identifies Radha Govind Samiti as publisher and its eighth edition as 15 July 2011 (PDF page 3, printed page II).

The official biography says Prem Ras Madira was published by 1955; a JKP article gives 1960 for its first Hindi publication. These sources disagree, so this collection does not assert a single verified first-publication year. The 2011 date identifies the supplied companion Gutka edition, not the first publication or every scanned edition.
