## English whole-pad meaning

Child Kṛishṇa says to His mother, “Maiyā! Today I will firmly fight with you. Whenever I ask you about this, you only smile and never tell Me the truth. Everyone teases Me saying, ‘Kāro’ (black), laughing and clapping their hands. Someone says, ‘We have heard that Nanda Jī has found You lying on the bank of the Yamunā.’ Brother Baldāū says laughingly, ‘He neither had any parents, nor has, nor will He ever have.” Mother Yashodā replied, “Kanhaiyā! The truth is, I have given birth to You, and Your Bābā, to Baladāū.” Hearing this, Ṭhakura Jī was satisfied to some extent. Just then, Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī said to Shyāmasundara sarcastically, “Even Bhagwan Rāma was black in complexion. Why, then, are You feeling so embarrassed about this?”

## Published-book provenance

This site presents transcriptions and scans of published devotional literature. It does not compose new verses or meanings. OCR errors may remain.

Decorative Madhuri and Bhakti Challenge illustrations were generated with Codex. They are separate from published source text, original scans and publisher artwork. Library covers are individually credited supplied-PDF cover/source-page images or publisher-representative artwork; the pictured cover does not establish edition equivalence. [Library cover provenance](https://radhey.shreyam1008.com.np/content/books/index.json).

Prem Ras Madira is a published work by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, with a print history preceding this website. The supplied companion Gutka identifies Radha Govind Samiti as publisher and its eighth edition as 15 July 2011 (PDF page 3, printed page II).

The official biography says Prem Ras Madira was published by 1955; a JKP article gives 1960 for its first Hindi publication. These sources disagree, so this collection does not assert a single verified first-publication year. The 2011 date identifies the supplied companion Gutka edition, not the first publication or every scanned edition.
