## English whole-pad meaning

Mother Yashodā, taking her baby (Kṛishṇa) in her lap and feeling inebriated with motherly love, dreams about the fulfilment of some natural desires of a mother’s heart, and says – “When will that day come when my son will grow big? When will He make me feel beside myself with joy by crawling on all fours in our courtyard? When, holding my fingers for support, will He stand and toddle? When will He talk to me in a baby’s extremely sweet, lisping language? When, holding my garment with His little hand, will He ask for something with tears in His eyes?” In the words of Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī, Mother Yashodā says, “When will that moment come when my son will call me Maiyā?” After saying this, Mother Yashodā, completely overtaken by the emotions of motherly love, could not speak any further, and started kissing the cheeks of her son with great affection.

## Published-book provenance

This site presents transcriptions and scans of published devotional literature. It does not compose new verses or meanings. OCR errors may remain.

Decorative Madhuri and Bhakti Challenge illustrations were generated with Codex. They are separate from published source text, original scans and publisher artwork. Library covers are individually credited supplied-PDF cover/source-page images or publisher-representative artwork; the pictured cover does not establish edition equivalence. [Library cover provenance](https://radhey.shreyam1008.com.np/content/books/index.json).

Prem Ras Madira is a published work by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, with a print history preceding this website. The supplied companion Gutka identifies Radha Govind Samiti as publisher and its eighth edition as 15 July 2011 (PDF page 3, printed page II).

The official biography says Prem Ras Madira was published by 1955; a JKP article gives 1960 for its first Hindi publication. These sources disagree, so this collection does not assert a single verified first-publication year. The 2011 date identifies the supplied companion Gutka edition, not the first publication or every scanned edition.
