## English whole-pad meaning

A devotee says, “Oh my heart! You seem to be even harder than Indra’s thunderbolt, because even if you were made of iron you would have melted in the strong fire of beloved Kṛishṇa’s separation long ago. Oh my life! Now, if you want to save yourself, run to your life Shyāmasundara at once, otherwise this fire of separation will deceive and finish you. Strong fire of separation is burning in your heart and still you are sleeping! It seems as if you are waiting for your death. Oh! If only someone could listen to me and save me from this fire which is burning my body!” Jagadguru Shrī Kripālu Jī says, “After thus listening to my cry of distress, both my eyes felt pity on me and started showering the rain of tears which lessened the heat of the fire of separation a little.”

## Published-book provenance

This site presents transcriptions and scans of published devotional literature. It does not compose new verses or meanings. OCR errors may remain.

Decorative Madhuri and Bhakti Challenge illustrations were generated with Codex. They are separate from published source text, original scans and publisher artwork. Library covers are individually credited supplied-PDF cover/source-page images or publisher-representative artwork; the pictured cover does not establish edition equivalence. [Library cover provenance](https://radhey.shreyam1008.com.np/content/books/index.json).

Prem Ras Madira is a published work by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj, with a print history preceding this website. The supplied companion Gutka identifies Radha Govind Samiti as publisher and its eighth edition as 15 July 2011 (PDF page 3, printed page II).

The official biography says Prem Ras Madira was published by 1955; a JKP article gives 1960 for its first Hindi publication. These sources disagree, so this collection does not assert a single verified first-publication year. The 2011 date identifies the supplied companion Gutka edition, not the first publication or every scanned edition.
