रसिकनि तजि श्री महाविष्णु को, करत न भूलेहुँ मीत।  
विधि निषेध अरु लोक वेद की, रहत न नेकहुँ भीत।  
रह प्रति रोम 'कृपालु' गौर-हरि, अरु हरिजन परतीत ॥

इक गुन रीझत गुनगाहक! इन, हमरे गुनन पसारो।  
जो कह साधन-बल मम पद गहु, नहिं त्रिकाल निस्तारो।  
हम 'कृपालु' उन प्रभु को चेरो, जो बिनु हेतु हमारो ॥
