श्याम-सलोना, करि गयो टोना, दै गयो रोना, बाजी गई मैं हार।
कैसे तुम बिनु हाय! रहूँ मैं, कैसे विरह बलाय सहूँ मैं।
श्याम बेदरदी, कैसी कर दी, ऐसी कदर की, जाये 'कृपालु' बलिहार।।
